Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Boatmasters will refund or exchange most merchandise for any reason within 90 days from date of purchase. To return, send merchandise in its original unused condition with a copy of the original invoice. We will then exchange the merchandise or refund the merchandise amount (minus shipping charges) by the original payment method. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges, unless it's a result of Boatmaster's error. Items in a non resellable condition, or with missing parts, will not be returnable. There are no returns for special order items (eg boat covers), electronics, cut lengths of material or hazardous materials (eg paint, oil, resins and adhesives). If you have any questions regarding returns, or if you do not have your original receipt, please call customer service at 925-443-5775.

Shipping

Boatmasters currently ships orders via UPS. In stock items ordered by 1PM PST Monday-Friday, will ship in 1-2 days. Orders placed after 2PM Friday or Saturday and Sunday, will ship on the following Monday or Tuesday. Any Holiday schedules will be posted. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Please note, that additional charges may apply to oversized or heavy items, which are not reflected here. If additonal shipping charges apply, you will be notified by Customer Service.
